Refund policy

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any service on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase. Packages are to be used within 12 months of date of purchase and are also non-refundable. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

If you have booked an appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise full payment is required, or if you have a pre-paid package, this session will be deducted from your package if less than 24 hours notice is provided.
